President Karol Nawrocki on the case lying on his desk of the SAFE Act was on the defensive. Therefore, he decided to let go of his eye to the Confederation and propose a more Polish and sovereign SAFE. In the background, however, there is an uncomfortable truth: building a strong army will cost money and require sacrifices that politicians are reluctant to talk about.
