President Karol Nawrocki has been on the defensive in the case of the SAFE Act lying on his desk. That is why he decided to wink at the Confederation and propose a more Polish and sovereign SAFE. In the background, however, there is an inconvenient truth: building a strong army will cost money and requires sacrifices that politicians are reluctant to talk about.
