Media: Washington predicts only average success of Ukrainian offensive

US intelligence services uncertainty that Ukraine's offensive will meet its intended objectives and cut the Russian-occupied strip of Ukrainian territories between Crimea and Russia, according to the Washington Post, citing classified material published online. The papers indicate, among another things, problems with force formation and availability of equipment and ammunition.
