Black ice and freezing rain effectively paralyzed Polish railways on Tuesday evening. Dozens of trains are delayed, sometimes by over 100, 200 or 300 minutes. What's more, any trains have been canceled altogether. According to PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe, the problems will most likely last all night and will not end on Wednesday morning. "If you can, stay at home," they appealed.
