Mass desertion in Cameroon. The government wants to halt Putin's troops from enlisting

The head of the Cameroon defence department Joseph Beti Assomo ordered military unit commanders to halt mass desertions and enlisting trained soldiers into Russian forces as the country needs them to fight border-crossing terrorists from Boko Haram.
