Marcin Bogdan: A fewer gold riches

Are Poles financially supporting Russia in its war activities in Ukraine? It seems absurd to ask specified a question. And yet it's justified. It turned out that anyone who uses public transport in Warsaw, operated by the city president Rafał Trzaskowski Urban Bus Facilities, adds his own pocket to the financing of Russian criminal war activities. But let's begin by explaining how that happened.

  • In 2011 a company with Russian capital Cryogas M&T Poland Spółka z o.o was registered in Poland.
  • In 2014, Cryogas M&T Poland Sp. z o.o. was transformed into the Stock Company
  • In 2022, a fewer months after Russia's invasion of Ukraine, due to its ties to Gazprom, the Russian Stock Company Cryogas M&T Poland came to the Polish list of sanctions
  • 31 July 2023 Russian Cryogas M&T Poland Company with share capital 35 949 125 PLN was sold for PLN 3. The buyer was established 3 days earlier on 28 July 2023 Polish Workers' Company CMTP Sp. z o.o. with share capital of PLN 50,000. The founders of CMTP Company were the current president and vice president of Cryogas M&T Poland
  • After little than 2 weeks on 11 August 2023 so "polonized" The company requested to be deleted from the sanction list. Mariusz Kamiński, then Minister of the Interior and Administration, refused to do so, arguing that the the transaction price ‘no economical justification’and the sale of the Russian company to Polish shareholders is apparent
  • On September 3, 2024, the Municipal Bus Facilities bought a bus depot in Warsaw Białołęka from a private carrier, where there was a gas-fueling installation owned by Cryogas M&T Poland.
  • A period later, on 11 October 2024 the Stock Company Cryogas M&T Poland turned into the Omne Energia Stock Company
  • After 2 consecutive months, Czesław Mroczek, Deputy Minister of Interior and Administration, struck Omne Energia off the sanction list. He justified his decision on tv Polsat News as follows: “We had no proof that these ownership changes were made for appearance.
  • In the beginning of 2025, the Municipal Bus Facilities supervised by the president of Warsaw Rafał Trzaskowski signed an agreement with Omne Energia to supply gas fuel to city buses. The contract worth 27 million PLN was signed out of free hands, without any tender procedure and is to be valid for 2 years.

And so, unwitting Warsawers and visitors to Warsaw, paying for the city bus rides, add bricks to the expansion of the Russian military power. But what is most upsetting of commentators is the insolence of Vice Minister Mroczka, who considers the sale of a 100 million gold companies to be 3 zlotys as natural and finds no evidence of this, “that these ownership changes have been made for appearance’. But is the outrage of commentators, is our outrage at the minister's words right? After all, for people associated with the coalition on 13 December specified transactions for several, respective zlotys are most natural. It is worth recalling the acquisition of apartments in Wilanów by prominent politicians. On the property of Wilanów III, politicians specified as Józef Oleksy, Jerzy Szmajdziński, Janusz Zemke, Leszek Miller and Aleksander Kwasniewski purchased them from 1996 to 1998. Aleksander Kwasniewski then bought an flat for PLN 1,235 (say, 1 1000 2 100 thirty-five zlotys). flat of 77 m2. So the price for 1 m2 was 16 PLN. Kwasniewski didn't fool anyone, he got this valuation from the municipality. Regret not to take advantage. However, it is not amazing that the settlement of Wilanów III is adhered to by the circular name “The Bay of Red Pigs”.

It could be 16 zł per square metre of apartment, it could be 3 zł per company. They're utilized to that kind of price. possibly liberal-left politicians came and another opportunities to buy a home for 10 PLN or luxury cars for 2 PLN. Regret not to take advantage. And already selling any company to a strategical abroad investor for a fewer zlotys would surely not surprise them. possibly we'll see the sale of Orlen for 3 or 4 gold and 80 cents soon. Why not? In a democracy fighting, anything is possible. After Mroczek explained that the sale of the profitable company for 3 PLN did not rise any doubts about the fictitiousness of this transaction, otherwise I began to receive Rafal Trzaskowski's message about the construction of the CPK. Trzaskowski most likely expected that the cost of this investment would be about PLN 5.19 (in words: pińce nineteen). small wonder, therefore, that erstwhile he heard about the amounts he was willing to spend on the construction of the CPK, the United Right Government considered this to be a megalomaniac.

They promised a inexpensive country, this is simply a inexpensive country. It's a shame they promised each other, not us.
