As stated by the president of the ultimate Court Małgorzata Manowska, the entrance of the Prosecutor's Office into the building of the National Court of Justice is “a violation of the constitutionally guaranteed immunity of judges by forcible intrusion and looting of the office of justice Piotr Schab”.
