On Friday, the Minister of Justice, lawyer General Waldemar Żurek announced that in the coming weeks, the “moves of the prosecution” could be made possible in an investigation concerning the prevention of 4 judges elected in March by the Sejm of Constitutional Court judges.
“We defend the Court due to the fact that it is legal,” said Przemysław Czarnek. - They all want us to let it go. And present we show them a preliminary manifestation of what will be waiting for them if they rise their hand on this last law-abiding body - he pointed out.
President Bogdan Święczkowski in his entry for X thanked “all who stand in defence of the independency of the Constitutional Court and the independency of its judges”.
