TK budget without money. Święczkowski sent a letter to the talker of the Sejm

On Wednesday, the president of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski submitted a draft financial plan for 2027 to the talker of the Sejm Vladimir Czarzaste. As he pointed out, he did so "acting in a state of higher necessity" due to the fact that the government draft next year's budget did not include the part concerning the Court.
