The Minister of the Interior and Administration, Tomasz Siemoniak, announced that work is underway on a regulation that will precisely specify what a shelter is. He besides stressed that the introduction of the alleged hiding places in recently built blocks of flats may consequence in a respective percent increase in real property prices.
