In his position I, the president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, critically referred to the appeal of justice Przemysław Radzik from the post of Deputy Disciplinary Advocate of the General Court Judges and the imposition of disciplinary charges against judges from the alleged fresh National Judicial Council.
