In her statement, the First president of the ultimate Court, Małgorzata Manowska, criticized the dismissal of justice Przemysław Radzik from the position of deputy disciplinary spokesperson for judges of common courts and the bringing of disciplinary charges against judges from the alleged fresh National Council of the Judiciary.
