Venezuelan dictator Nicolas Maduro appeared on Friday with "a call to the American people to halt the insane hand of the 1 who gives the order to bombard" thus referring to the threat that, according to him, the deployment of US armed forces in the Caribbean Sea region in order, as Washington declares, to combat drug smuggling to the US.
