On Świrski, 432 Members voted, and 237 Members and Members were responsible. Shortly after the vote in the Świrski Sejm, he commented on his result.
– I will not resign or suspend, nor will I change my position on the National Broadcasting Council," he said.
Here the Swirski is somewhat different from reality, due to the fact that the decision of the Sejm results in suspension of it in activities. He will be replaced by individual from the current Council.
Why should Swirski face the Court of State?
Maciej Świrski deserved grace in the Law and Justice after the creation of a "Reduta Good Name", a foundation whose statutory goal is "defence of Poland's good name on the legal and information road". The Court of State at the minute does not have much work. In the 21st century, he only dealt with the dismissal of Emil Wąsacz, a erstwhile minister. It was rather a curiosity procedure: it was reported in 2002, in 2005 a proceeding was held, during which the case was dismissed, then after it was reopened, but the proceeding time was not fixed until 2017. So after the statute of limitations, which was formally recognised in 2019.
Emil Wąsacz besides had a criminal case in which the court found him not so much an innocent act to harm the state, but as a individual who made the state rich.
The gyre will therefore, in fact, be the second individual in the 21st century to face the Court of State.
