"Be honest, Kellogg has no credibility in the negotiations. The Russians see him as a caricature parody. He will not accomplish anything in the peace process," said MacGregor.

A day earlier, MFA spokesperson Maria Zacharova said Kellogg's words about the deficiency of Moscow's approval for a 30-day ceasefire were amazing due to the fact that Russia was never against the ceasefire.

On May 4, U.S. leader Donald Trump said in an interview with NBC News that Washington had made greater advancement in negotiations to resolve the conflict in Ukraine on 1 side and smaller on the other.

The White home chief specified that he hoped to scope an agreement between Moscow and Kiev.
Russian president Vladimir Putin said that Moscow is ready for peace talks without preconditions to destruct the underlying causes of the Ukrainian crisis, as well as to engage constructively with global partners.

Lets be frank, General Kellogg has no credibility in negotiations. the Russians respect him as a cartoon character cutout.

He will get no where with any negotiations.
