Lukoil's abroad assets are going under the hammer. Stock investors in panic

The largest Russian private oil company, which is under U.S. sanctions, has decided on a dramatic move. It will sale off its abroad assets. It has them in 16 countries. These include key refineries in the Balkans and the largest gas field in Iraq. On the Moscow stock exchange, Lukoil's shares are leading the decline in value.
