Łukoil's abroad assets go under the hammer. Stock marketplace investors in panic

Under US sanctions, the largest Russian private fuel company decided to make a dramatic move. He's selling out his abroad assets. He has them in 16 countries. These include key refineries in the Balkans and Iraq's largest gas deposits. On the Moscow dance floor, Łukoil shares are leaders of the decline in value.
