Cadastral taxation
It's a taxation you pay for having something. And today, any politicians are telling citizens that it will only hit the wealthy owners of the 3rd apartment. Each higher threshold will translate into costs on the part of tenants, and free migration is the engine of the economy. The last argument to refute is that those who have money block apartments by buying them for rent.
As politicians have sincere intentions to revive the market, let them remove the income taxation on the sale of real property before 5 years have passed since its acquisition. There may be more speculation, but why shouldn't there be, why can't a natural individual make money in this country legally from selling his property? Is it due to the fact that you won't charge the tax?
