Lessons from Russian aggression against Ukraine. Second: morale and reserves [COMMENT]

The Royal United Services Institute for Defence and safety Studies (known to a wider audience most frequently as RUSI) has been looking at the issue of preliminary experience of the war in Ukraine. The authors, Mykhaylo Zabrodskyi, Jack Watling, Oleksandr V Danylyuk and Nick Reynolds (record of surnames and names according to the English version of the report), selected the period from February to July 2022 for analysis, divided their work into 5 visible chapters, covering issues of Russian preparation for aggression, Ukrainian defence preparations, analyzed the course of the invasion from day 0 to day +91. In the pages of their work, they besides considered issues related to the assessment of Russian military actions and repercussions, and besides included a very interesting summary of selected suggestions for the armed forces of the United Kingdom.
