Lech Wałęsa, erstwhile president of Poland, has released a recording in which he explains the controversial subject of his alleged denunciations from the 1970s. According to Wałęsa, the papers that were supposedly proof of cooperation with the safety services were fabricated by the safety services. In the material on Facebook, Wałęsa emphasizes that his actions were the consequence of manipulation, and the alleged "denunciations" were simply an "accident at work", an unintended consequence of the services' actions.
