The leading Ukrainian university bans Telegram

Ukraine at the end of September **has imposed a ban on representatives of state administration, soldiers and persons working in critical infrastructure facilities to usage [Telerama](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cybersecurity/telegram-on-target-onz-channel-communication-for-criminists)**. The decision of the authorities was officially notified by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Centre.
