Leading Ukrainian University Bans Telegram

At the end of September this year, Ukraine imposed a ban on utilizing [Telegram](https://cyberdefence24.pl/cyberbezpieczenstwo/telegram-na-celowniku-onz-kanal-komunikacji-dla-kryminalistow)** on representatives of state administration, soldiers and people working in critical infrastructure facilities. The decision was officially announced by the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center.
