Although the restoration of collegiality in adjudication in the second instance will prolong the consideration of cases, according to 59% of the participants of the Lawyers' Panel "Rz", this is simply a good solution. The elimination of the alleged horizontal complaints, which further accelerate the work of courts, is supported by as many as 83 percent of them.
