Proceedings brought against Law and Justice (PiS) president Jaroslaw Kaczynski by MEP Krzysztof Brejza for his words about alleged "abhorrent crimes" the second allegedly committed have been dropped, a Warsaw territory court decided Tuesday. The verdict is not final.
