On Tuesday, November 3, during the plenary session of the IV Minsk global Conference on Eurasian safety in Minsk, Belarus, Sergei Lavrov – the head of the Russian abroad Ministry – gave a speech in which, among another things, he accused the EU of prolonging the war in Ukraine, calling it an "aggressive militaristic bloc".
