The Law and Justice president assessed on Friday that since - due to the resolution of the ultimate Court's Criminal Chamber - Dariusz Barski had been the National Prosecutor all along, all decisions made by "illegal prosecutors," including appointments made by the "new" National Prosecutor, lose their force.
