Bartholomew Pejo:
– halt treating citizens like criminals. adequate deficiency of transparency. First they complained about Pegasus, which was utilized during the regulation of Law and Justice, and now this government itself wants to usage Pegasus and another operations to analyse Poles.

The situation is unacceptable to let all citizen to be watched. Right or wrong, it will most likely be judged by any political envoy of Prime Minister Tusk. It's not right. Service should have their powers, but these powers should not be utilized for specified purposes as surveillance of defenceless and innocent Poles. And possibly politicians, too.

This is one more time the hypocrisy of the current government. First they complained about Pegasus, and now they want to usage this Pegasus for akin purposes.

A akin situation takes place in the draft Law on Electronic Communications, which is presently under discussion, where the services will most likely receive additional powers, so that without the approval of the court all Poles can be watched. Our consent to specified action is not available.

These are acts like the safety Service, acts that the Confederacy absolutely does not consent to (...).
