The National Broadcasting Council declares that the resolution and the decision to grant concessions for seats on MUX-8, digital terrestrial television, for the tv Republic and tv in Poland24 is lawful,” says a message published by the National Broadcasting Council.
The KRRiT’s message refers to the scandalous conviction of the Provincial Administrative Court which repealed the KRRiT’s resolution on the award of the tv concessions in Poland24 and the tv Republic. He ruled from the president of the KRRiT for Polish Free Media in Szczecin, the applicant of the decision of the KRRiT, over PLN 10 1000 of the costs of proceedings. The conviction is not final.

The judgement of the Provincial Administrative Court in Warsaw of 09.04.201025 is invalid. After the judgement has been served on the grounds, the KRRiT shall lodge an appeal against that judgement with the Chief Administrative Court. Until the final conclusion of the procedure, the concessions of tv Republic and tv in Poland24 stay in force.
