Step towards "standards of free speech". There's a project

The draft anti-SLAPP Act, i.e. against strategical legal action aimed at suppressing public debate, was published at the Government Legislative Centre. The proposed solutions are intended to defend journalists, activists or social organisations from utilizing the legal strategy to intimidate them, silence criticism, restrict access to information and weaken social activity.
