The end of nearly 20-year left-wing regulation in Bolivia. There's a fresh president

The central politician Rodrigo Paz will become Bolivia's fresh president. In the second circular he defeated his conservative rival Jorge “Tuto” Quiroga. Paz's triumph marks the end of nearly 20-year-old left-wing regulation in an Andes-based country which has been in the most serious economical crisis in decades.
