The central politician Rodrigo Paz will become Bolivia's fresh president. In the second circular he defeated his conservative rival Jorge “Tuto” Quiroga. Paz's triumph marks the end of nearly 20-year-old left-wing regulation in an Andes-based country which has been in the most serious economical crisis in decades.
