The territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw sent the indictment against Grzegorz Braun to court. Among another things, the issue of the extinguishing of Khanuk candles in the Sejm in December 2023.
"The territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw present directed Warsaw Prague – South to the territory Court in Warsaw indictment against Grzegorz Braun" - said press spokesperson Piotr Antoni Skiba.
The Communication lists 7 acts for which Euro MP Grzegorz Braun was accused. This is, among another things, a violation of the physical integrity of a public officer - manager of the National Institute of Cardiology on 1 March 2022 in Warsaw, "damage of Christmas tree and demolition of its decorations" in the building of the territory Court in Krakow and "directing towards the injured jet of fire extinguisher with powder substance", which caused "infringement of physical immunity and light harm to health".
