Sikorski on Nawrocki's actions on reparation: the president is not the head of government, but a typical of his policies

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of abroad Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, referred to the actions of Karol Nawrocki on the reparation from Germany. The head of the Polish Ministry of abroad Affairs stated that "the president is not the head of government, but a typical of his policy". He besides stressed that specified "self-involvement" without consulting the government could be regarded as a violation of the Constitution.
