European Commission initiated infringement procedure against Poland

The European Commission has launched a procedure for Poland to infringe European Union law in the absence of implementation of the judgement of the EU Court of Justice of June 2025 concerning the prohibition of advertising of pharmacies. The Court found that Polish government infringes EU law.
