Another punishment strike in Russia possible this week

The European Union is on its way to the adoption of the 19th package of sanctions against Russia – the deputy chief of the Polish abroad Ministry Ignacy Niemczycki informed on Monday. A decision on this issue may be taken at the European Council this week.
