The territory Court in Krakow, in the individual of justice Anna Baran, decided to mention to the Court of Justice of the European Union (TEU), the question whether Polish mortgage interest rules are compatible with EU consumer protection law. The examination of the question referred for a preliminary ruling and its justification is carried out by legal advisor Paweł Stalski, who specializes in consumer protection law and in litigation with banks.
