Third arrest in connection with acts of diversion on the railway. The prosecution has put Volodymyr B. on trial for assisting in November's diversion records. The man was temporarily arrested for 3 months.
Investigators have established that B. was to aid saboteur contractors, including by recognizing the area and preparing the ground for subsequent actions. Prior to that, allegations were made against 2 Ukrainian citizens – Alexander K. and judaic I. – suspected of carrying out attacks on Russian intelligence. For this kind of diversion of a terrorist nature, he is facing life imprisonment. It is known that both men left Poland for Belarus.
Seven people have been detained in the proceedings; 3 have been released and 1 will be held for concealing documents.
