The Polish pension strategy may undergo crucial changes regarding early termination of professional activity. The legislature is working on a solution addressed to a circumstantial group of insured persons who, according to the applicants, deserve peculiar treatment due to their past and consequences. The proposal envisages modifying the rules on the acquisition of pension rights from ZUS.
