Imagine that you manufacture furniture to size or bring specialized equipment to circumstantial client order. Goods ready, invoice issued, deadline for receipt 2 weeks ago. You're e-mailing, no answer. You're on the phone, the caller's not available. Meanwhile, the pallet occupies the place you pay for, and you have neither money nor free space.
