"Putin must realize the consequences of prolonging the war. In the past, he lied besides many times, completely losing credibility. Trump met with Vladimir Putin on Friday at Elmendorf-Richardson military base in Alaska. After the talks, both leaders made statements, but did not answer the questions of journalists.

Trump and Putin identified their Friday gathering in Alaska as "constructive", but they did not give concrete arrangements after the talks were over. Trump pointed out that he agreed with Putin on many issues, but any crucial issues remained unresolved.
