Katowice Airport expects 8 million travellers this year

Almost 7.3 million travellers were served by Wojciech Korfanty global Airport in Katowice-Pyrzowice. That's almost a million more than in 2024. Airport representatives estimation that as early as 2030 the barrier of 10 million passengers per year should be exceeded. Their usage is supported by further investments, including the fresh main passenger terminal, a larger number of wickets or extended car parks.
