Donald Tusk: "Not accepting an application from those who invoke the right to asylum in certain circumstances is justified. If a man with a weapon and a Belarusian service uniform crossed the border, saying he wanted asylum, should we accept him? After all, we know who provides the buses in Moscow and Minsk, we know who organizes the charter flights from mediate east countries. We cannot pretend to ourselves that we do not see this."
