Karol Nawrocki: the judicial environment in Poland did not full account for its past

Despite more than 35 years since the fall of communism, the judiciary in Poland has not full accounted for its past, and the legacy of "red totalitarianism" continues to form to any degree the attitudes of parts of the legal elite, says president Karol Nawrocki.
