Speaking out of the parliament's mouthpiece, the politician KO addressed the president of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński, who was sitting in the parliamentary bench, calling his formation as a "powerful camp of national betrayal". The direct reason for the speech was a mention to the Thursday speech of president Karol Nawrocki in Włodawa:
"Your president is talking about giving up territory. This man should be examined. He will charge you.”
Members of Law and Justice, including Jarosław Kaczyński, Przemysław Czarnek and Mariusz Błaszczak, who tried to interrupt the speech, shouted “with respect for the President”. During the confusion in the plenary room, Konrad Frysztak continued his speech, stating:
"How fortunate the Law and Justice will never regulation again. The Poles knew your intentions.”
In consequence to these words, next to the president of PiS Przemysław Czarnek, he shouted at the speaker: “Go to Kacprąka to heal yourself”, thus referring to David Kacprąka, a doctor associated with the issue of earnings of PLN 1.6 million in the confederate infirmary in 2025.
Statement by Karol Nawrocki in Włodawa and historical context of words about territory
The debate in the plenary area sparked the words given by president Karol Nawrocki on Thursday during the ceremony commemorating the anniversary of the russian Union's attack on Poland in Włodawa:
“We are a nation that can lose territory, but we will never lose our soul. We can donate territory, but we will never give our homeland back."
After the ceremony in Włodawa, the president referred to his statement, explaining that it afraid the realities of September 1939 and the aggression of Germany and the USSR on Poland. He pointed out at the time that Adolf Hitler and Józef Stalin sought to completely destruct the Polish state, but the Polish nation, despite the temporary failure of state territory, managed to keep its own identity.
