Judges Bentkowska and Szostek refuse to regulation on president's motion

Failure to admit all the judges selected by the Sejm, the participation of understudies and the selection of a justice of the talker in a manner contrary to the law. These are the reasons why the fresh judges refuse to regulation on the competency dispute between the president and the Sejm. This means that it will not be possible to formulate a full panel.
