Joe Biden has imposed sanctions on Russian tankers that are not yet there

Among Joe Biden's farewell sanctions was something special. Six Russian tankers, which are only being built in the Russian shipyard in the Far East, were placed on the slanting list. The shipyard itself was besides blacklisted.
