At the beginning of the year, the media was talking about a "alcoholic incidental in the Sejm". Now 1 of the ruling coalition Members told in an interview about the drinking problem in the parliament building. He spoke plainly about the right-wing opposition policy.

Thomas Trela of the Left was a guest on Onet Radio. The discussion concerned, among another things, a bill submitted by his club, which assumes a number of changes to facilitate the fight against universal alcoholism. The subject of alcohol incidents in the Sejm was besides discussed.

MP on the Left on Alcohol in the Sejm

The main assumptions of this task include, among others, the ban on the sale of alcohol at petrol stations, the night Prohibition and the ban on advertising of alcohol on the Internet, in the media and in public spaces.

Tomasz Trela was asked about alcohol incidents in the Sejm. – 1 of the Confederate delinquents was so hot at the session of the Sejm that he barely sat. His colleagues had to decision him out," he said.

The Levite MP pointed out that he was not mocking another people's wellness problems. He pointed out that specified situations "may not happen", but the case looks different after the deliberations.

– However, if I said that surviving in the hotel section of the Sejm after finished work is not at the glass, I would lie," he said.

He added that any politicians would drink alcohol for dinner, others would refuse. For the policy of the Left, alcohol might not be. “It is no secret that if individual wants to finish work, they can go to a restaurant or have a drink in the room,” he said.

Confederate MP brought out of the Sejm drunk

As we wrote on Temat.pl in February, there was an incidental involving a Confederate Member. Ryszard Wilk was asked out of the session of the Sejm by Marshal Simon Holovnia. A minute later, with the aid of Grzegorz Płaczek, the head of the Confederate Club left the room.

After this event, Wilk published a message on the X platform, in which he confessed to fighting alcohol disease. "I'm very sorry for my behaviour yesterday. I'm at the club's disposal. I tried to do my duties conscientiously, but I am losing to alcohol illness" - he wrote.

And he added, "I made attempts to remedy this, but as it turned out, these attempts failed. I don't hang gloves – I fight on. My next step will be therapy and treatment."
