How Russians control bus traffic with Poland

The Chief Inspector of Road Transport granted approval for regular bus courses from Królewiec to Warsaw founded in Poland. Only that, as “Rzeczpospolita” established, it belongs to a Russian who lives in Russia. And of the 13 companies that can organize them, only 3 are Polish.
