All elder officers, ministers and coalitions, wonder which way to go and whether to follow orders. This is how he responds to the question of temper in the ruling coalition a fewer days before the announced reconstruction of the government.

– And we're left to ourselves. Nobody truly knows how to do things. We do not know what to do – the politician continues.

Turns out we don't have adequate boats. And that it's chaos due to the fact that no 1 has always done a test evacuation before. There's an orchestra. It's the politicians who make her act like, "Look, I want you to have a good face for a bad game and play to the end on board." This is simply a bit of a situation now, says Mr KO.

Still, he thinks there's a difference.

– It's like on the Titanic, no 1 was prepared for that collision. But now you gotta do everything you can to keep this ship from sinking. And I hope our sinking ship doesn't sink. That we'd stay on the surface and the captain would come off the bridge, give a fewer strong orders and save the day. We cannot neglect more than 10 million Poles who voted for Rafał Trzaskowski. I believe that with their aid this ship will hold and we will scope the port. Beaten, but we'll get there," he emphasizes.

Government reconstruction? "It seems to be cosmetology."

Government reconstruction is due to take place on Wednesday 23 July. According to government spokesperson Adam Szpiecka, Prime Minister Donald Tusk will announce the composition of the fresh Council of Ministers at 10:00. According to unofficial reports, Minister of abroad Affairs Radosław Sikorski is to take the position of Deputy Prime Minister.

Previously there were many media reports about the date of the reconstruction announcement itself. The government's changed for weeks. Everyone is waiting for concrete decisions.

– Is there frustration among the politicians of the power camp? – we ask in KO. They say no.

And we gotta deal with problems in the coalition itself, that is, with the behaviour of our smaller coalitions – he responds.

He adds: – Everyone only says, "Citizen Coalition". But delight note that it was not KO that caused these frictions. It wasn't our members who met up with writers at night. It's not our vice marshal, it's the PSL indicated he went to this meeting. Very decent, reticently, the Left acts. But Poland 2050 lacks responsibility.

He says that erstwhile he talks to voters, he inactive hears voices about the current PiS communicative around immigrants: "Do something about it," "It's impossible to do that," "Why do you let Braun do that?" He sees that people don't realize why certain things happen and it's frustrating.

– As a citizen, I don't even understand. I would anticipate certain actions to be punished with all severity and speed. After all, we have services that should prevent this. You gotta have assurance in the authorities of the state. There shouldn't be any citizen patrols due to the fact that there's police. And the authorities of a state which are entitled to defender borders are border guards, not those who usurp the right to defend them," says Mr KO.

But as a politician, he understands that all procedures are to be transparent and legitimate. "It is besides known that even if we can put any in prison, they will be pardoned by the President. And people don't understand. They besides let themselves know there were immigrants. – I'm not stopping. I am already moving a parliamentary run for the Coalition on October 15. I'm very motivated by failure. I think there's quite a few politicians who do and don't complain. On the another hand, I think that the reconstruction of the government, the large politics and the exchange of blows between coalitions does not interest people – he admits.

As he recalls, the intent of the reconstruction is one. – First of all, limiting the number of ministries to make the government more causative and operational. The point is that the specifics and priorities of the Coalition on October 15, which we announced, will be implemented as shortly as possible," he says.

It points out that a long list has already been achieved, but there are social expectations about circumstantial milestones and this must be done as shortly as possible.

– I'm certain the Prime Minister can handle this perfectly. I do not uncertainty its effectiveness and organizational and operational talent. I am besides convinced that Coalition leaders can communicate on October 15 – he believes.
