It happened. The Sejm has made a decision on the immunity of Antoni Macierewicz

The Sejm revoked the parliamentary immunity of Antoni Macierewicz, beginning the way for further prosecutorial proceedings against the erstwhile Minister of Defence. The decision was made after a stormy debate and vote, in which the majority of MPs voted in favour of abolishing the legal protection of the politician.
