Trump's administration decided to halt the shipment of missiles and ammunition to Ukraine, explaining its concern for its own resources. "It's a gift for Putin. (...) Those who hoped for US sanctions against Russia, alternatively gotta deal with another actual reinforcement of the Kremlin army, made in the USA," commented German war correspondent Julian Roepcke.
