A ship called "Voivode" sailed under the flag of Russian rescue services on the Baltic. It is doubtful, however, to participate in the missions for which it is allegedly intended. There is no specialized equipment on board, but there are luxury apartments and superyacht standards. Russian independent media speculate that it may be intended for Vladimir Putin himself or another Cremolovian officials.
