ISW warns against optimism. "Russia will attack in the future"

According to the latest study by the American Institute for the survey of War (ISW), a possible agreement to frost the front lines in Ukraine does not regulation out future attacks by Russian troops. A ceasefire would leave parts of the Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhia and Kherson regions outside of Russia's control, and these territories stay Vladimir Putin's target.
