ISW: This is not the time to slow down support for Ukraine or negotiations

The current situation at the front is not the minute to slow down the pace of support for Ukraine or to push for negotiations. The successes so far are not a adequate warrant for the future of Ukraine, and a possible operational pause will work in favour of Russia – argued in the latest analysis of the American ISW centre.
