Is the average without a spiritual evaluation unconstitutional?

At the end of May this year, the Constitutional Court issued a ruling stating that the failure to include an assessment from spiritual lessons to an average rating was unconstitutional due to the issue of a regulation on the substance “without agreement and agreement with the Catholic Church authorities”. Only that this agreement is not necessary, as the Constitutional Court besides ruled respective years ago.
